Reiki is an ancient Japanese energetic healing modality, uttilising universal life-force energy to balance and replenish the body's energy centres (chakras). Reiki ultimately cultivates a sense of peace and calmness, relaxation, feeling refreshed/energized, with renewed clarity.
I combine the use of the Ancient Egyptian Energetics techniques, including the Egyptian 13-chakra system and Aboukra with Reiki.
Healing sessions are intuitively guided, utilizing various frequency attunement modes, as described above, along with sound - music and light-language.

Along with life changes and experiences, through her community connections and self-healing, Mitzi was drawn to learn about energy and holistic healing; a profound journey that has enhanced her beliefs about what is possible. Mitzi’s compassion for people, and her focus on their health and well-being, has led her to actively practice holistic healing..
Mitzi has a keen interest in neuroscience and neuroplasticity, particularly exploring the energetic component - the integration of energy and emotion within our nervous system and our whole bodies. She has observed in her clients and in her own personal experience, how stress is held in the body, and how with holistic healing, the body is facilitated to shift from an excess of stress - the sympathetic nervous system (flight / flight response), to the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest). The body can then be receptive to true healing.
Mitzi is passionate about helping people to connect with their bodies, having people rediscover their innate magic and wisdom, in healing, freedom, their unique expression, connection, possibilities, and in what brings them joy!
